Winner Winner: $50K Third-Prize Powerball Ticket Sold In This Northern Westchester Store

A lottery player struck it big after purchasing a third-prize-winning Powerball ticket from a store in Northern Westchester.

The third-prize ticket, worth $50,000, was sold in Peekskill for the drawing on Monday, Oct. 9, the New York Lottery announced.

For those wondering where the ticket was bought, the purchase was made at Beach Wines & Liquors located at 1885 East Main St. (Route 6).

The winning numbers for Monday's drawing were 16, 34, 46, 55, 67, and a Powerball of 14.

Winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The red Power Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26.

Powerball drawings are televised every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
